I've only just read this and it makes me happy that in the UK at least there are so many great rescue centres for horses but mad that Australia has so few and none are half as 'professional' as those over there.
Anyway, I've been collecting stamps and sending them over to Bransby (another fine charity) and now I see that Redwings collect used stamps too so I'm going to have to get more! I'm going to make some cardboard collecting boxes and give them out to various workplaces etc and so hopefully I'll have enough to share out to both rescue centres.
It's probably a bit silly as the postage over there from here is probably worth more than they get from the stamps, so I urge you guys to collect stamps and send them to Redwings and Bransby- hassle your friends and family too!!! By the look of the weather over there, it's going to be a hard winter (we are having the heaviest rainfall in 27 years presently and it's BEAUTIFUL!!!
