Never had a problem with escalators but lifts make me feel funny. When I get out I sometimes feel like I'm on a moving ship (sounds a bit strange now I see it written down)! Think it's all to do with inner ear pressure.

I don't like moving things as I suffer bad with seasickness, and anything thing that moves really.

No, but then again I dislike going on them. I used to have a terrible fear of them. I remember years and years ago, going to London. The tube was the worst: a lot have them, and I used to have to climb the stairs.
I remember going into a shop in London once, and they had them (to get onto the actual shopping floor itself, not just the first floor). In the end, a shop worker let me use the goods lift as she could see how much I hated them.
These days I will go on them, but I will not talk or say a word (or move to let anyone past, even if I annoy the person behind) because I am so busy concentrating on not panicking. I also have to have a largeish gap between the person in front.

Glad it's not just me!
We just drove to Italy and back and at the end of each day (about 800km a day) I had the same feeling - like I was still moving.
