1 - start new threads on this forum 2 - read all the threads you have missed in the past 3 - make some (not very good) mince pies - even though Christmas is over. 4- do some cleaning. 5 - Play Howrse (Spanish of course) 6 - check Paddocks forum every 5 minutes to see if anyone else has voted for your limerick! 7 - read new books. 8 - check ebay incase there is a buy-it-now for 99p on Rivals to Silver Eagle.
Sure I can add loads more to this list but planning calls - (again) - what does everyone else do to avoid what they should be doing (in my case work)!

Why limit it to 101 I'm sure we all have more than that.... Here's a few extra ones for starters: Write pony book reviews Pore thru pony books looking to see what colour a particular horse was Re-read bits of Six Ponies to make sure you havent forgotten anything Scan pony book contents and covers on your scanner Pick up a book to tidy it away and start reading it Pick up a book to sell and start reading it Going back on howrse (spanish) to just do a little more blupping of your current elite hopeful Work out skills potential of your howrses using craxor formula Work out skills potential of howrses for sale using craxor formula Work out skills potential of your rivals howrses using craxor formula study rivals foals to see if any are better than yours Shovel S**t on howrse to make more money for your EC Check to see where you are on the howrse rich list Put your face (and friends) in celebrity photos on the faceinthehole.com website Check abe/amazon for books which are too expensive for you to buy Look at items on ebay which you have no intention of buying Look at all the houses on the estate agents websites which are too expensive for you to buy, especially the ones with paddocks Look at the horse mart sites at all the horses you can't have Pick up bits of stray cat litter which have mysteriously travelled all over the house De-fur the sofa of cat hair Play with the cats Take vids of the cats fighting on your mobile phone Write stupid lists like this

Timely, guys! It's going to be 36 degrees tomorrow and I'll have the house to myself for a few hours so I'll sit in the air conned lounge room with the laptop and go through the computer related suggestions, but NOT Howrse 'cos I don't want to get addicted to it like some of you seem to have become.... Another suggestion- go through all your horsey mags and read the long, slightly boring but worthy articles you've put off starting but marked with ripped up post-it notes. Play with your rats AFTER giving them a wash. Wash the hound- all 45 uncooperative kilos of her.

Ooh post a link someone I love limericks, used to do them at work for peoples birthdays (I'm too lazy to log on the site and look for it tho ) Some more time wasters: Watch youtube clips of animals doing funny things and cute kittens playing Watch trailers for movies on your PC Watch Monty Roberts vids on his website Go thru cookery books planning menus for meals (then end up going to pup for meal in the end anyway) Picking dead leaves off your plants Go round house arranging pictures that are not straight Dancing round room with pet of choice to your fav pop songs (go on I' m sure I'm not the only one to have done it) Tidying your food cupboards and chucking out everything that is at least 2 years out of date Reading old letters from penpal of about 25 years ago which you find when looking for something else Searching for things you put somewhere special to keep them safe and now can't remember where the bloomin place was!

If you can get out to a hardware store, grab a handful of paint sample cards and stick them around your blah-est room and at least imagine how it might look.
Go through THAT drawer- you know we all have at least one...

Putting things somewhere special then forgetting where that place in is a speciality of mine, at the mo I can't find my car docs and I need them for mot. It drives me mad. Cally I am ignoring THAT drawer every time I attempt it I just move it all somewhere else and don't achieve anything.
Try spending ages taking photos of chickens then taking longer to upload them then adding them to the pet thread so everyone else can waste time looking at them!

Learn HOW to put photos on the computer/ up on the forum is another one of my projects, along with learning how to text message, set the dvd recorder and change a tyre.

Groom and polish the white-grey Shetland mare, who's honourably retired at 31 and therefore never really needs to be polished again. Release back into muddy field, wait 30 seconds and...greet the hippo-like blob. Repeat process.
In my defence, I just love spending time with her, because I don't think we've got all that long left. (Met when I was 4 and she was 12.)
Sort out the photos of old horses that have built into much larger piles than the family ones. Spend ages playing 'oh, so that's so and so...wonder how she is now?'
Read the forum posts about books I can't afford.
Study the driving test theory thing - sink in despair at realising it's impossible.

Lol had a laugh at your description of your hippo like blob...er I mean Shetland ;D Come to think of it isnt housework the same? No matter how much time you spend cleaning and hoovering and dusting, 2 days later it always looks as messy as ever. Grooming is much more enjoyable tho! BTW its amazing and lovely you have had her since you were 4!
