Hope I spelt this right!
Was wondering if anyone knows any other authors that wrote under different names than these.
Patricia Leitch aka Jane Eliot
K M Peyton aka Kathleen Herald
Christine P-T aka Christine Keir
I'm sure there are one or two others but my memory fails me.

Kathleen Herald is actually a maiden name.....Peyton is her married name...she and her husband Michael combined their initials "KM" to write some books together (I believe the Sea Scout books) and she continued using the name afterwards for her work.

Welcome to the forum susanb! Yes, I should have mentioned that Kathleen Herald is her maiden name. Not really a psuedonym but it made a good title for the thread! I don't suppose you happen to know anything about the Jane Eliot name? We have a thread about it but no-one seems to know why she wrote under that name! In case anyone out there doesn't know K M wrote Sabre the Horse From the Sea, The Mandrake a Pony & Crab The Roan as Kathleen Herald. For publishing dates etc please see the website link: www.ponymadbooklovers.co.uk/page16.htmlSaw Crab come up on ebay lately but it went too high!

I received The Mandrake as a birthday present this year (best present of the year too!). Crab has been impossible for me to find even to read so far....being in the US doesn't help on that score I suppose.....though I have to admit my library has done wonders finding UK pony books somewhere in the system for me to read...I would have bet cold hard cash against them finding a copy of We Met Our Cousins by Joanna Cannan in a US library, and I would have lost!
Re Jane Eliot....no idea why P. Leitch did that, but I think Jane Badger is going to interview her, so maybe we'll find out at last!

Josephine P-T adult book that she wrote under a pseudonym of Josephine Mann is "A Place with Two Faces". It's a gothic terror novel.
Diana has published 3 books under her married name, which is Diana Farr. Although technically it isnt a pseudonym, it's worth pointing out.
Mary Gervaise (author of the Georgie and Belinda pony series) is actually a pseudonym. The author's real name is Joan Mary Wayne Brown. She has also written books under 2 further pseudonyms (as far as I am aware, have no horse connections) which are Hilary Wayne and Bellamy Brown.
