I have posted this on horse gossip and wanted to share this with my friends on here We were talking at work to day of places we want to be in, when the real life gets tough the only rule is you must have been there before. Mine is Bubble Beach in Kos no worries no cares just volcanic bubbles the world cant get you. My other is a field beside my child hood home, it was whatever I wanted it to be but alwaya horsey. I won oylmipic gold, the grand national and badminton in that even had a flying arab

Well, I have to say 'anywhere my dogs are'. To choose a place to be with them (and a horse, of course!) it would be in the most remote part of Dartmoor!

Am changing my place after getting up at 5am to go to salisbury for the day, I arrived home at 1945, I just wanted to be in the ponies field with a good book and a glass of cold Chablis

Missed this first time round.
I would want to be somewhere in Tenerife, either out in a yacht watching the whales and dolphins or up in the tiny village of masca drinking this amazing home made orange jiuce they sell in the little bar there, (no doubt followed by a glass or 2 of something stronger) looking down the mountain. Amazing place like something out of another world. In UK it would be on the banks of the River Swale, Yorkshire, on a sunny day reading a fav book.
