I did go out to do something more interesting today. My mum and dad were down to visit and we went for a country walk. Apart from there being a freezing cold wind blowing, our route was blocked by a literal swamp and rather than walking about 2 miles back the way we came we ended up having to plodge a foot deep in gungy water, then spent the next mile having to walk with a pint of water slopping about inside each shoe! Back to the nice cosy warm internet for me ;D ....at least until the weather improves!

;D lol Kunuma....well i had a similiar experience to Claire when i went out to play at weekend. Sat was mainly fine as just went round common just had a moment when we had to go under a very low branch blocking the path...good job my two are dinkies...anyhow naughty Murph took off as I laid on his neck...yep it was that low...had debated getting off but thought we'd fit which we did just but as for him taking advantage good job harry, who was behind with j, is sesible or J may have had a nasty incident! yesterday we ventured into woods and spent most of it lurking in undergrowth and making our own paths as so many big trees were down on main paths (i guess a combination of the heavy snow then last weekend we had gales) and most of the paths we went on were blocked in various places...bit of a pain so will stick to country park for next few weeks (probably roll into months as it takes them ages to sort out problems outside the country park boundaries sadly) Never have these problems with the virtual ponies ;D mine are far better behaved tahn the real thing!

Ha ha haffy's ride in the undergrowth through the woods reminded me of one in a book - where they get all tangled up in the woods, annoyingly can't think of the book! My most exciting horsy incident this week was watching my girl decide that she couldn't bear her new pink rug until it was dark brown all over! Oh and discovering that the whole country has found a new precious substance, worth more than gold and harder to find, it's straw!!! Might be having to carpet the looseboxes, cheaper!!
