Hmmm...I was bored last night and made an easy little quiz just for fun,i know it's easy and probably boring but i had fun writing it lol . (some will have more than one answer that i don't know about I'm guessing). 1.Prudence (The guy who owned this horse seemed impossible at first) 2.October: Tina Plenty of Ponies3.Zelmer (This horse was no first pony) 4.Cuttle (This pony was not her dream horse,he was not fair enough) 5.Gold-finder(This horse moved in with a no-good pony) 6.Whisky: Julia, the horse sale7.Peter (his new owner changed this pony's name from Stardust) 8.Mayfly(Choosing one pony is tough) 9.Falcon (This horse was a dream to it's owner) 10.High-Jinks: Barbara, I wanted a Pony11.The Talisman: Alice, ticket to ride12.Casper: Emma in Ponies in the Park13.Dougal: Robin,Jackie on Pony Island14.Punch: Miss Tuke the Jinny books15.Jasper: Claire burnley the Jinny books 16.Twilight: Angus, Phantom Horse17.Shamrock: Conway kids,All change/Hidden horse18.Bumble (Twins owned this pony) 19.Whitesock(This pony's owner helped to catch some thieves) 20.Pierrot: Jackie, Janet must Ride21.Chess: Sarah the Woodbury Pony Club

Thanks for the quiz tinuviel. Its a nice change for me to be guessing instead of settiing them, even tho I'm not very good at it due to having a dreadful memory!
Falcon is Jack's pony in Rebel Pony by Pat Leitch
Punch was owned by Miss Tuke in the Jinny books
Chess owned by Sarah in the Woodbury Pony Club series by JPT There was also a Chess in the Black Pony Inn books I think but cant remember who owned him without checking!
October owned by Tina in Plenty of Ponies

8 Mayfly belongs to Tony Chatton in Mayfly, the Grey Pony by Eleanor Helme
This is a tough one.....I don't think I've come across many of these ponies before!

16. Twilight is owned by Angus, Jeans brother in Phantom Horse. He breeds her from his pony. High-Jinks also sounds familliar... will have to get thinking

Is Pierrot one of the ponies in the Christina/Augusta series - belonging to a friend?
High Jinks and The Talisman sound SO familiar...arghhh
Thanks for quiz!

I think the talisman is owned by Alice (? the one who takes great pride in covering her spots in the green paste she is given) in ticket to Ride
Peter belongs to Richard from the early west barsetshire PC books
Jasper belongs to Claire burnley from the Jinny series
Pierrot is Jackie Claude's pony from Janet must Ride

Good quiz Tinuveil, I can only do High Jinks (Cousin Barbara's show jumper in the Jean books) and Shamrock, the rescued racehorse in All Change. Peter could be Peter Pan, the brother and sister in the Noel Henry books who called their ponies Peter Pan and Wendy.
For some reason I keep thinking Dougal is a Shetland. Was he the Shetland Cammie learnt to ride on in CAmmies Challenge??

Kunuma i think you meant High Jinks belonged to cousin Barbara from I wanted a Pony, not the Jean books. But thanks for reminding me who he belonged to! You've also jogged my memory about Dougal. There was Shetland called Dougal in Jackie on Pony Island. He belonged to the family who were dong the pony rides to make money. I think the little boy who owned him was called Robin. Is this the one you mean Tinuviel? Whisky was the pony who was always going lame in The Horse Sale by CPT. He belonged to Julia (had to peek in the book to remember her name ;D )
