I've done a couple of dogs, though goodness knows what one is meant to be, looks rather like a sea monster, but can't find a pattern for a horse. It has to be really easy 'cos I can't actually knit and don't understand those weird wool back knit forward type instructions - but there must be one somewhere.

Kunuma I have a very easy pattern for knitted horses in an ancient knitting book - well it must have been easy cos I was knitting them when I was about 6 or 7. Can you do increases/decreases? I seem to recall the horses were pretty simplistic tho not esactly realistic. I've also got a few old craft/knitting books which were my gran's so could be something in them. Anyway I'll have a look and see what I can find.

I can do knit and purl and knit two together and increase at the ends of rows, I just got a new pattern for a dog and I'll never do it as it's full of wool back through loop and other highly technical instructions, I find quantum physics easier!!
