Thanks for the quiz sarah but you've made it very hard with just a little bit of the covers! Will have a better look later when I have a spare mo. Don't forget to keep checking our other quizzes too folks.

I'm pretty sure I know seven more, but am holding myself to the one book at a time rule!
The one that's killing me is number five....I'm so sure I've seen it...I may even HAVE it....but I just can't remember!!! Arrgghhhh!

22 is Head High, Hands Low by Capt Dent, illustrated by Lionel Edwards (not a great book, but among the best illustration I've ever seen....full color plates, so well reproduced they look like original paintings)
5 continues to drive me crazy...that horse is sooooo familiar!

Claire, it's just because I've got a fairly good visual memory (not photographic by any means...wish it were!)....I'm much worse remembering names.

All right so far and 19 is one of the Nibs books - but which one?
Clues soon - when there is time. Recovering from first day back at school having spent a long car journey yesterday entertaining friend's 2yo (give me a class of 6yos any day)!

Still no idea what number 5 is, even with the clue....I'm wondering now if it's not a book that I've had in my hands, but one I've seen for sale, or maybe from someone's collection on the "recent wins" thread and wanted (the plot and the cover art would be more than enough to draw me in!)

A complete guess for number 2 as at least the author has been narrowed down to Vian Smith I don't recgnise the picture but I will guess The Lord Mayor's Show as I know that is about racing and I know a few of the titles it's NOT......I'm probably wrong......

I'm annoyed at missing Green Heart esp as I worked out it was Vian Smith! Hmm no. 2 I don't recognise the pic either, but I don't think its The Lord Mayors Show. Could it be Question Mark - purely on the grounds its the only one I don't have a picture of to consult!

I'm totally stumped on 2 as well Claire...it's not from any of the djs that I've seen....I bet you're right that it's Question Mark...I haven't ever seen a pic of that either (elusive little devil!)
