I'm sure I've never seen 13 before, and it's lovely....I want both the horse and the dog.....can't wait to find out what book it is!!

20 is A red rossette by Geoffrey Lapage. I know that because I got outbid on ebay for it. ;D

13 is The Runaway national i think...can't think of Authors name but it's a M or N one I think (lol going by where i think it sits on the acse!)

haffy.....Runaway National by Enid Michael? It seemed the most likely based on what comes up on abebooks when I checked by title, though they had no pics, and only paperback copies anyway.

14 is save The Horses by alexa roames (sp) and i think I have an idea about 3 but it's a bit of a guess and I think I know the Author of 8 but not sure of title as most of mine don't have wrappers (if i'm right that is!).
As for 2 and 6 they are stinkers!!

3 is Jumper by Nicholas Kalashnikoff, lovely illustrations by Lionel Edwards. I've seen this one, but never read it....is the text as good as the illustration, Sarah?

I think no 8 is Tessa To the Rescue By Lady Kitty Ritson as South Africa and Dude ranch would look a bit odd with that cover I am thinking???

btw do you have a scan of the full cover of save the horses so I can add it to my website (pretty please)? Incidentally must be on the shortlist of awful covers. What a camera angle on that poor horse!

it's the paperback edition of The Year of the Horse by Diana Walker (a very nice book, btw)
