Hi again Janet, unfortunately that wasn't the book I scanned or I would gladly have sent you the scan. I can keep an eye out for a copy for you. If you send me some contact details, how much you are prepared to pay, etc, I can get in touch if I come across one. But as with most of her books, it may take a while to find.

Ah OK Claire, many thanks anyway. If by any chance you do ever come across a copy of this book, my email is janetdenise@hotmail.co.uk. Not sure about how much I'd pay to be honest. I guess any reasonable amount (sorry, I realise that is a bit vague) but I'll keep my fingers crossed in the hope you do find me a copy one of these days and then think about cost. Hope this is OK? I'm going to have one more rummage around in the loft at my mums old house to see if my childhood copy is still buried there, you never know! I know there's lots of our childhood books there, which my brother (not sentimental like me :-) is planning to throw out soon. Would you be interested to know of titles if you do this for a living? Be a shame to throw away something which could bring happy childhood memories back to someone. Some kind person may have Door that wasn't there hiding in their loft and decide to sell it one day. I am the eternal optimist. OK, leave you in peace now, thanks again for the kind offer of help. Best wishes to you, and good luck with your business. Xx

I have come across what I believe is a first edition copy of white horses. No dust jacket but pages inside in really good condition in my opinion Pen marks on cover, but it's old and well loved/read I assume I have just put on eBay for £50, totally no idea of the value but would welcome thoughts!

A bit of a long shot but does anyone have a copy of white horses for sale or consider selling please? My mum has had the other two books since being a child and always wished she had white horses also. We have searched over the years but they are incredibly rare. I’ve always loved reading these books growing up and I would love to complete my mums collection for her. Thank you

I am trying to obtain a copy of each or any of Ursula Horsley Smith's books: Sunset Cottage, The Door that wasn't there, The Land of no Time, White Horses. Any in useable condition I would be grateful to hear about.
