Lovely, pics Claire - what a shame you had to come home to such a shock. I love that black one, I don't think I have ever seen a black Clydesdale marked like that, he could almost be mistaken for a Shire. Is he a stallion? What was the grey one with a hunter clip?

Yes lovely photos but a shame you had to come home to such a awful mess with the brake in and all. Im glade you got the fun off patting those cuties.

Oops sorry Kunuma forgot to answer your questions! Yes the black is the stallion and yes he does have the look of a shire except for the white on his legs which as you know is a Clydesdale trait. I think the grey must be the riding horse of whoever runs the place. He was just as soft and friendly as the Clydies. I don't know if you saw in the background there was a Sheltie - the only one who didn't come up to say hello. Typical of those little buggers lol.
