Loving the big picture of the Armada pony books - most of mine are from there, but completely unfamiliar with Mary Gervaise
Tempted - but most of you have a shrewd idea of my taste in books - yes or no? (and any observations)

Well i thought the Belinda book i read years ago was dire, it put me off reading anything else by her. I think i did eventually try one of the Georgia books, probably the first one(?) but it didn't do anything for me and i couldn't tell you anything about it.

Sorry slow reply to this, have been skiving in the Canary Islands!
Hmm well she's a bit of a 'marmite' author. I actually like the Georgie series, but I think I'm in the minority. Give the first book a try as it's pretty cheap and easy to find. I would however concur with Haffy, the Belinda series is pretty dull so I would give that one a miss. Haven't read the Farthingale series at all.
