Well due to technical problems I am yet to upload the web-page with the finished Challenges so I can add your smilie Darkhorse. I'll get it on-line tonight so folk can check out how we all did. Check this thread later and I will have the link to the webpage posted.
Garej - you sort of finished your challenge as you completed the original list and added some on afterwards! Like you I am satisified that even though I didn't complete mine I did better than previous years.
I'm glad everyone seemed to enjoy the book recommendation element of the Challenge. We'll defo do that again. And thanks to Garej for suggesting it in the first place.
Summer is well and truly gone here in the UK so I think it's about time we picked a book for our Halloween/spooky Autumn read. Off to update the 'next book' thread now.

I am glad that you thought my recommendation was your star read darkhorse. I recommend the second in the series too.

Thanks for organising it again Claire. Better late than never i read One Good Turn recently, it was free again so got it on the kindle rather than my computer. Quite readable, lots of pony book stereotypes but a good pony book for youngsters, modern but traditional enough at the same time...if that makes any sense. Much better quality than a lot of the modern stuff. Still plugging away with Midnight horse, on chapter 8 now ...i might get it read by xmas at this rate

Thanks for the recommendation Haffy. I have that one on Kindle so may read it. Haha I gave you a frownie for Midnight Horse as unfinished, tho I rather suspect it would be the same if you had finished it.
