Don't know if anyone's seen this yet, but you just HAVE to have a look at this page, at the very least: www.facebook.com/groups/135202023292266/Poppet is a Shire horse filly, born 6 weeks premature last Friday. Her owners have been tending to her round the clock ever since, and she seems to be well on the way to full health!

Thanks for the link - do you have to join the group to see her? Yes you do. It's a closed group, which means that the owners of the group have to invite you. You can make a request to join the group, but the owners of the group may not add you because simply they dont know you.

Well they currently have over 300 members, so I imagine it'd be OK to request....!

Poppet has been outside for the first time in the past couple of days!
Her owners are having some work done at the back of the yard, so to keep her out of harm's way they carried her out into the field for a lie in the sunshine.
I'll try to snag the pics and post them up.

Daren, not sure if you have already, but if not you should get permission to show the pics, after all there may be a reason its a closed group (ie they want to keep pics private) I havent had a chance to join the group yet with being away and everything.

Poppet is now about 1 week premature, and is now able to stand and walk around, and they have been able to get her to suckle from mum at last.
