Hi folks anyone been watching this series? The Europe episode featured absolutely stunning footage of Carmargue ponies. In fact the whole series has been stunning, especially if like me you love wildlife and travel, as it not only shows lots of birdlife but also all the various landmarks across the world where they birds fly over. All the eps are still on iplayer. Here is the episode with the Carmargue ponies, its fairly near the start: www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b019j59m/Earthflight_Europe/

I don't think I've ever seen a documentary so visually stunning before. Deserves to win lots of prizes for the photography. If anyone hasn't watched it yet, then I recommend you do, especially the part with the horses which was amazing.
I also didnt realise that the Carmargue was actually a delta before I watched this, I thought it was just a marshland, but the horses are actually wading through deep water a lot of the time.
