A few clues: 3) An American author who wrote under 2 names. 8) This horse looks surprisingly unphased considering what he is jumping through/over. 10) Just one of half a dozen 17/18) Have the same author.

well Sarah's clue and the fact it's the only green book I can think off makes me think no 8 is Trick Jumpers by JPT
