ooh its a slippery little critter must be related to Rose I did manage to catch it after a few goes but nothing happens you'd think there'd be a fanfare or an indignant mewing or maybe it would spit and growl at you or something ;D

The only way I found was to stay one step ahead of the cat, it only works if you predict the direction he starts in correctly though. I wanted fanfares and at least a round of applause when I finally did it, but even the cat doesn't look impressed!

Yep it CAN be done mysteryarab, tho its hard and it seems to also depend on where the dark green dots are/how many there are. You seem to have more chance if you dont get too close to the cat and start trapping it from the outside.
